Seeking a Locum NP for Family Practice near Phoenix, Arizona, for coverage on May 5 & 6 and May 31 through June 6, 2016, while the doctor is out of the office.

50/50 split between children and adult patients. Provider will see 20-25 patients per day. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm, with office closed for lunch from noon to 1 pm. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Charting is done via IMS by Meditab.
