In this role, the Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse Manager will lead operations in a pediatric emergency room attached to a Level IV trauma unit, enabling streamlined coordination for high-acuity cases and rapid escalation of care. The Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse Manager will leverage pediatric-focused resuscitation bays, rapid triage processes, on-site imaging and lab services, pharmacy support, respiratory therapy, and child life resources—creating an efficient, calm, and child-friendly environment that improves throughput and outcomes across the continuum of emergency care.

The Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse Manager will report to a seasoned Director of Emergency Services and be supported by clinical educators, charge nurses, and an experienced administrative team. As a Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse Manager, you will oversee staffing, budgeting, throughput, and quality metrics; mentor team leads; standardize protocols; and cultivate a positive culture with friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare team that includes physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, social workers, case managers, and therapists—all working in concert to deliver safe, timely, and family-centered care.
