We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP)—either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—with a strong interest in breast and gynecologic oncology to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team.
- Provide direct patient care in collaboration with oncologists, including assessments, treatment planning, and follow‑up.
- Manage oncology‑related symptoms and treatment side effects.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and care planning meetings.
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and supportive care.
- Coordinate care with internal and external providers, including surgical and radiation oncology.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as appropriate.
- Minimum of 2+ years of NP/PA experience in Oncology. New Grads will not be considered.
- Nurse Practitioner:
Masters‑prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and NP program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP or AGPCNP. - Physician Assistant:
Graduate of accredited PA program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice. - Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required.
- ACLS certification can be obtained up to 6 months after hire.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
