We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Supervise and lead nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care plans to ensure they meet individual needs and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of excellence in patient care and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating nursing staff performance.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives, including audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance communication and care coordination.
• Address escalated patient care issues effectively.
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff and administration, facilitating communication and resolving concerns.

• Registered Nurse (RN) preferred or LPN with a valid AZ license.
• Strong understanding of long-term care regulations and quality improvement processes.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare technology.
