OverviewLegere Pharmaceuticals and Global Rx are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Director of Marketing. This is a hands-on role designed for a dynamic professional ready to execute marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly under the Director's guidance to drive success across digital channels, content creation, campaign management, and event coordination. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing department, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution.
Responsibilities- Digital Marketing Support:
Assist with SEO optimization, paid media campaigns, website content updates, and ongoing performance tracking to ensure digital presence aligns with growth goals. - Hub Spot & Marketing Automation:
Execute email campaigns, manage automation workflows, update contact lists, and support lead nurturing programs as directed. - Content Coordination:
Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, social media content, and sales collateral. - Analytics & Reporting:
Compile marketing data from various sources, maintain performance dashboards, and generate regular reports on campaign KPIs to inform decision-making. - Sales Enablement Support:
Prepare essential sales materials, coordinate product training resources, and maintain an organized library of current marketing assets for the sales team. - Event Coordination:
Specific support for trade show logistics, conference planning, vendor coordination, and the preparation of event materials and booth assets. - Compliance Review:
Collaborative work to ensure all marketing materials and communications strictly adhere to FDA and cGMP guidelines under Director oversight. - Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, coordinate departmental meetings, prepare presentation decks, and handle project tracking to ensure timelines are met. - Creative Production:
Assist with basic graphic design tasks, label formatting, and content layout using standard design tools to support rapid content deployment.
- Experience: 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, wellness, or other regulated industries.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Technical
Skills:
Hands-on experience with Hub Spot or similar marketing automation platforms is highly desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required. - Design Aptitude: Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Organization: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for cross-functional collaboration.
- Compliance Mindset: Understanding of, or a strong willingness to learn, FDA and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Analytical Ability: Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights) is preferred.
