Why This Role Exists
The company is in a strong growth phase and sees marketing as a critical lever for continued expansion. This role has been created to bring senior-level leadership, stronger strategic alignment, and greater accountability for performance to the marketing function.
The right leader will modernize and elevate marketing capabilities while ensuring every dollar spent is aligned to measurable business outcomes.

- Ensure marketing investments are evaluated against clear performance metrics and business impact
Brand Strategy & Customer Experience
- Strengthen and evolve the company’s brand strategy across multiple markets
- Lead integrated campaigns, content initiatives, advertising, and customer-facing brand experiences

Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Operations and Sales to align marketing initiatives with business needs and market priorities

- Support employer brand and recruiting-related marketing initiatives in collaboration with HR and Communications as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a data-driven, commercially minded B2C marketing leader who has successfully built and scaled marketing programs in a high-velocity, local-market environment.
This role is best suited for someone who has owned real business outcomes inside an operating company, not someone whose experience is limited to agency-side leadership or brand strategy alone.
Target Background Includes:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including senior or executive-level responsibility
- Proven success leading marketing for a local, consumer-facing service business
- Home services experience is highly preferred; franchise or multi-location consumer services experience is also highly relevant
