We are seeking a highly motivated and creative

Marketing& Social Media Intern to join our growing team as we expand our services to the general mental health and wellness market. In this role, you will play a vital part in increasing brand awareness and driving client engagement through innovative marketing and social media campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management
    • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok) aligned with our brand voice and target audience.
    • Create compelling and informative social media content, including text, images, videos, and interactive stories.
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries and comments promptly, and foster positive online community interactions.
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, website traffic) and provide data-driven insights for campaign optimization.
  • Content Creation
    • Assist in the creation of website content, blog posts, articles, and other digitalmarketingmaterials that educate the public about mental health and wellness topics.
    • Conduct research and gather information on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.
    • Assist with the development of creative concepts formarketingcampaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and public relations initiatives.
  • Marketing Support
    • Assist with the planning and execution ofmarketingevents and community outreach programs.
    • Support data entry and administrative tasks related tomarketingcampaigns.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in digitalmarketingand mental health communication.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in mental health and wellness, and a passion for making a positive impact on the community.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and their best practices, with a strong understanding of social media analytics.
  • Creative and imaginative with a strong eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills1with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
  • Portfolio of past work (e.g., social media campaigns, writing samples) is preferred.
