Responsibilities

• This is a hybrid role, where you will be required to be in person 3-5 days per week
• You will be working with our head coach Justin King, and top athletes, filming, planning and executing social media content

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ for a Social Media Manager specializing in our coaching business. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to drive engagement and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies for improvement.

The role involves close collaboration with the marketing team to align efforts with broader business objectives and support community engagement initiatives.

• Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong expertise in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and community engagement
• Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends
• Ability to develop creative, impactful content aligned with brand values
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
• Understanding of the fitness or coaching industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred
