MAZO Capital Solutions is one of the fastest-growing equipment finance lenders in the country, serving manufacturers, equipment dealers, and small businesses nationwide. As we expand into Scottsdale, AZ, we’re looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to help build the brand of a company that thinks big and is reshaping how SMBs access capital.

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Coordinator at MAZO, you will support a wide range of initiatives, including:

Brand & Content Creation
  • Assist in developing marketing collateral for dealers, manufacturers, and internal teams
  • Create social media content (Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts) aligned with MAZO’s brand voice
  • Support photography, videography, and editing for events, dealer visits, testimonials, and promotional content
  • Manage branded assets, templates, and consistency across all platforms
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
  • Support email marketing campaigns via Pardot, Salesforce, and other automation tools
  • Track campaign performance and report insights to the marketing leadership team
  • Assist in updating website content, landing pages, and application flows
Event & Partnership Support
  • Coordinate marketing materials for trade shows, sponsor ships, and partner events (e.g., NATDA, IEDA, SC&RA)
  • Prepare monthly newsletters, campaigns and strategic partner promotions
  • Work closely with sales and business development to support co-branded marketing opportunities
Internal Brand & Culture
  • Support internal communication initiatives, including employee recognition, newsletters, and culture-building content
  • Assist with office branding, photo/video shoots, and MAZO’s expansion efforts in AZ
Requirements Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house) preferred
  • Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce & Pardot
  • Experience with content creation for social media
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
