We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager who knows how to drive digital marketing, real estate lead generation, SEO, and sales performance. You'll directly influence our pipeline by managing marketing strategy, ad spend, sales alignment, and content execution.

We are a property management company passionate about real estate and dedicated to providing exceptional service to both clients and tenants.

We handle every aspect of the leasing process to ensure a seamless experience for landlords and tenants alike. Our tenants aren't just numbers—we know them by name and make sure their needs are met promptly and professionally.

• Lead SEO strategy and website optimization
• Analyze site performance and search rankings
• Drive organic traffic and improve lead quality

• Build, execute, and optimize email campaigns
• Segment lists, report on KPIs, and increase conversions

• Manage posting and engagement on Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and Tik Tok
• Write social content, stories, captions, and community communications

• Collaborate with the ad spend team and vendors
• Manage a $150K/year paid media budget
• Measure ROI, CPL, and optimize campaigns

• Meet weekly with Business Development Managers (BDMs)
• Track KPIs: leads, conversions, and pipeline health
• Support the sales team with insights, coaching, and lead quality improvements
• Manage and oversee the sales team

• Responsible for securing speaking engagements and coordinating live webinars
• Promote events and manage outreach to ensure strong attendance

• Understand what makes podcast promotions effective (no audio editing required)
• Post shows across platforms and coordinates outsourced editors
• Maintain content calendars aligned to business goals

• Occasional travel to conferences, events, and Arizona offices

• Sales Team Collaboration or Leadership.
