Base pay range

the Role

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager II to join our growing Client Success team. As a CSM II you will act as a brand ambassador, an agile project manager, and an accountable account manager who owns a client’s entire journey from sales to renewal.

Your Missions
  • Guide the build and design of award‑winning websites for our highest‑tier clients.
  • Foster a relationship with each client by understanding their business, brand, and marketing vision, then turning that knowledge into actionable plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring the client’s expectations are met and exceeded at every stage.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to lead strategy, set expectations, and provide reassurance during escalations.
  • Project manage website implementation and ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate across departments, clearly communicating deadlines and expectations.
  • Maintain a large portfolio of clients (up to $3M in ARR) while consistently exceeding KPI targets related to speed, value, and retention.
  • Identify problems early and propose effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Desired Experience & Skills
  • 2+ years in software implementation, media agency campaign execution, or creative operations.
  • 2+ years in client, account, or related management roles.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social, content, and/or paid media.
  • Proven track record of data‑driven results and innovation.
  • Experience with platforms such as Squarespace, Shopify, Word Press, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical complexities and set clear expectations.
  • Adaptable, calm under pressure, and optimistic, with a friendly and sunny disposition.
  • Interest in the real‑estate industry is a plus.

Job Requirements
  • Located in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ.
  • Hybrid schedule: in‑office 4 days a week for the first 30 days, then 3 days a week after successful completion of new‑hire training.

Compensation

70k–75k base plus 20% performance bonus (potential to exceed 20% based on metrics).
