We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the field of communications and public relations. As an Entry Level Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our communications efforts, helping to shape and convey our organizational message both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating internal and external communication materials including newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
  • Support the development and execution of communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Help manage the organization's social media accounts and engage with the audience to enhance brand presence.
  • Conduct research on communication trends and preferences improve our outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize and promote events, workshops, and other initiatives.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication activities and effectiveness. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Basic knowledge of communication software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office).
