Redefine the future of customer experiences. One conversation at a time.

At Nextiva, we’re reimagining how businesses connect, bringing together customer experience and team collaboration on a single, conversation centric platform. Powered by AI, driven by human innovation.

Our culture is forward thinking, customer obsessed and built on the belief that meaningful connections drive better business outcomes. Whether it’s through our signature Amazing Service®, the technology we create, or the experiences we cultivate, connection is at the core of who we are.

If you’re ready to collaborate with incredible people, make an impact, and help businesses everywhere deliver truly amazing experiences, this is where you belong.

Build Amazing. Deliver Amazing. Live Amazing. Be Amazing.

Nextiva is redefining how businesses connect with their customers — and we believe brand is one of our most powerful strategic levers to do so. We’re looking for a Head of Brand who combines creative excellence with operational discipline — someone who can set the brand vision, shape our story, and bring it to life across every touchpoint.

This role isn’t about theory or fluff. It’s about building a high-impact, action-oriented brand engine that drives real business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on builder — a leader who can think big strategically, while also rolling up their sleeves to create, launch, and iterate.

You’ll oversee the full spectrum of brand — including creative, design, content, video, PR, and communications — and lead a multidisciplinary team of doers who thrive on momentum, storytelling, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and continuously evolve Nextiva’s brand identity, positioning, and narrative, ensuring it reflects who we are, what we stand for, and why we matter.
  • Develop a compelling, consistent story that connects our products, people, and customer experience into one unified brand message.
  • Partner closely with the CMO and CEO to align brand direction with company strategy, ensuring brand initiatives directly support business goals.
Creative Leadership & Execution
  • Lead a cross‑functional team spanning design, video, content, PR and comms, driving creative excellence and cohesion across all channels.
  • Foster a hands‑on, action‑oriented culture where ideas quickly turn into output — from campaigns to storytelling to design updates.
  • Oversee all creative development to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand execution that reflects Nextiva’s visual and verbal standards.
Integrated Brand Ecosystem
  • Create a cohesive brand experience across every touchpoint — from website and customer stories to events, social, and press.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling across all internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product marketing, growth, CX, and sales to ensure brand alignment throughout the customer journey.
Awareness & Reputation Building
  • Build and execute brand campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline impact, not just impressions.
  • Strengthen Nextiva’s market position as a category leader in customer experience management and business communication.
  • Lead PR and communications to enhance brand reputation through media, thought leadership, and strategic storytelling.
Customer Storytelling & Proof
  • Make customer success stories and testimonials a core part of the brand strategy.
  • Work closely with customer marketing to turn proof points into powerful narratives that demonstrate real‑world impact.
Operational Discipline & Agility
  • Build scalable systems and processes for brand execution — treating brand as a living system, not a one‑off campaign.
  • Drive a “doers over planners” culture focused on frequent touchpoints, constant motion, and iterative improvement.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, optimizing for creativity, impact, and velocity rather than large, slow campaigns.
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative, or communications, ideally within SaaS, tech, or high‑growth environments.
  • Proven experience leading and inspiring creative teams across design, content, and…
