As an Executive Recruiter at The Keller Group, you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor to candidates.
What You’ll Do- Source creatively and strategically using CRM tools, digital platforms, referrals, and relationship-driven networking
- Build deep pipelines of top marketing and digital talent across technical and creative functions and titles from junior to CMO-level
- Craft personalized outreach that resonates with active and passive candidates
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle—from market mapping and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Confidently position opportunities by leveraging insight into client strategy, team dynamics, and industry trends
- Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience with timely communication and feedback
- Track and own recruiting metrics tied to sourcing activity, submissions, placements, and revenue
- Deep understanding of the marketing landscape including digital marketing, paid media, brand, product marketing, PR, B2B/B2C, and agency vs. in-house environments
- Strong ability to evaluate real marketing expertise and cut through buzzword-heavy resumes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Adaptable, resilient, and persistent—understanding recruiting is a long game
- Consultative, empathetic, and relationship-driven
