The Junior Partner Associate will be a key liaison between Simplicity Group’s central marketing programs and our national network of sales offices. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, this role focuses on helping our sales offices and consultants plan, execute, and maximize results from marketing initiatives. You will be trained to advise on marketing best practices, manage successful campaign implementation, and ensure accountability to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Act as the project manager for our sales offices, coordinating their marketing efforts with direction from Simplicity Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Facilitate advisor/agent-focused marketing events and digital programs that result in helping our sales offices get in front of highly qualified advisors/agents.
• Ensure effective communication between sales offices and our corporate marketing team on all Simplicity marketing initiatives.
• Effectively communicate and gather unique information to understand where Simplicity marketing programs may fit into a sales office’s practice.
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing service of marketing systems for our sales offices.
• Support the Marketing Team by helping with corporate events, campaigns, program development, and any other outstanding tasks laid out by the department.

This position requires a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Previous marketing, agency, annuity, insurance and/or finance experience is welcomed, but not necessary. A positive attitude and focus on team success are a must.

• Must be professional, detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• The Junior Partner Associate will serve many internal and external customers, and therefore must possess outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds, manage multiple tasks and projects and produce error-free work.
• Ability to work alone and with a team. Familiarity with financial services or insurance industries is a plus.

• Base salary of $50,000
• Annual target bonus (up to 5% of base salary)
