Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team and take the lead in managing key client relationships within the healthcare, tourism, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a proactive problem-solver, and an exceptional communicator who is passionate about delivering results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, and public relations initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital departments, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts, and develop strategic proposals and presentations to win new business.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance client campaigns and deliver innovative solutions.
• Manage client budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client services within an advertising agency or marketing firm.
• Strong understanding and cilent services background supporting healthcare, tourism, and hospitality industries, with previous experience managing clients within these sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with client objectives.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and effectively prioritize multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field is preferred.

Salary Range: $80k –110k (depending on experience)

The Senior Account Executive will be based onsite in the Phoenix, AZ area.
