Wire Coiling Machine Operator-2nd Shift; CNC Brake Press

We are seeking a Wire Coiling Machine Operator / Setup Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining wire coiling equipment to produce precision components that meet strict quality and performance requirements.

• Set up and operate wire coiling machines according to work instructions and prints
• Load wire material, adjust tooling, guides, mandrels, and feed systems
• Perform first-piece verification and in-process inspections
• Monitor production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues (wire feed, tension, coil pitch, diameter, etc.)
• Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, or go/no-go gauges
• Document setups, offsets, and process changes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work closely with quality and engineering to resolve issues and improve processes

• Experience operating and setting up wire coiling or spring coiling machines (CNC or mechanical)
• Understanding of wire materials, diameters, and forming principles
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience holding tight tolerances in a production environment
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Experience in sheet metal forming is a strong plus and may make you an excellent candidate for this growing opportunity
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing preferred
