Location:

43rd & Lower Buckeye, Phoenix, AZ Pay: $19.00/hour + possible OT

Schedule:

5:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday (OT mandatory)

Position Overview:

The Manufacturing Associate is essential to the production process, performing tasks from raw materials to final product packaging. This role requires safe operation of machinery, adherence to SOPs, respect for chemical processes, quality monitoring, and maintaining a clean and organized production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow SOPs, company policies, and safety regulations. Utilize and maintain proper PPE for each task. Operate equipment and perform assigned tasks under supervision or training. Monitor product quality throughout production and alert supervisors of issues. Perform start-up and shut-down procedures. Participate in cross-training across production lines. Maintain accurate production counts and documentation. Keep production lines organized, clean, and hazard-free. Grease, adjust, or clean equipment as part of maintenance programs.

Support safety initiatives, attend meetings, and conduct audits. Train new employees and assist with general labor tasks as needed. Maintain good attendance and punctuality. Skills & Experience Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Ability to follow SOPs, safety, quality, and operational procedures. Basic math skills applicable in a production environment. Forklift experience a plus.

Experience with chemicals or light chemical manufacturing preferred. Flexible, adaptable, and positive team player. Ability to understand safety rules, signage, lock-out/tag-out, and hazard communication policies. Working Conditions &

Physical Requirements:

Corrected 20/20 vision. Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and complete repetitive strenuous work. Lift up to 70 lbs safely. Work in varying plant temperatures and physical conditions.
