Job Title:
MIG Welder
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team as a Robotic Weld Operator. This position requires prior experience in manufacturing or fabrication, with particular expertise in MIG welding. The role involves programming and setting up robotic welders, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards, and contributing to a high-quality production process.
Responsibilities- Operate robotic welding equipment efficiently and safely.
- Program and set up robotic welders for production tasks.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Robotic Weld Operator I responsibilities.
- Maintain error-free work by paying attention to detail.
- Meet production deadlines and prioritize customer requests.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude in all tasks.
- One year of work experience in a manufacturing or related fabrication capacity for Robotic Weld Operator I.
- Three years of experience as an employee in production or five years of related welding experience for Robotic Weld Operator II.
- Knowledge of MIG welding capabilities.
- Experience in an ISO 9001:2015 environment is advantageous.

Work EnvironmentThe role involves working in both office and manufacturing settings with reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. You will be required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and walk for 8-10 hours a day and must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. The work environment exposes you to moderate noise levels, moving mechanical parts, and tools. Safety and PPE compliance are mandatory.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52,000.00 - $56,160.00/yr. The role is a direct placement opportunity so the candidate will be eligible for Knox medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as 401K, from their first day.
