Cultivation Technician

We are seeking a Cultivation & Post-Production Technician to support both plant cultivation and post-harvest production. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our product meets Cult Cannabis Co.’s quality standards from the grow room through final packaging.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who values precision, consistency, and working as part of a team committed to excellence.

You will contribute to both:

• Cultivation operations, supporting plant health and harvest preparation
• Post-production, ensuring finished flower meets brand and compliance standards

Cultivation Support

• Assist with daily plant care including pruning, trellising, transplanting, and harvest preparation
• Support irrigation and nutrient application according to established protocols
• Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards
• Follow Integrated Pest Management (IPM) procedures

Post-Production

• Hand-trim flower to meet quality and visual standards
• Weigh, package, and label products accurately
• Perform quality control to ensure consistency
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and internal tracking systems

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to maintain efficiency in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, consistent, and team‑oriented
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn and contribute across multiple stages of production

Cannabis experience is valued, but mindset, work ethic, and reliability are equally important.
