Job Description

Are you a hands‑on problem solver with an interest in robotics and automated systems? TSMC is looking for AMHS Technicians to join our cutting‑edge 4‑nanometer fab in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for the "arteries" of the factory—the automated systems that keep production moving 24/7.

6 weeks of paid training from 9am-6pm, then 12‑hour shifts on either days or nights with 3‑4 days off every week (great for work‑life balance).

High school diploma or GED required.

• One hour virtual skills assessment.
• Must be comfortable wearing full PPE (personal protective equipment) and cleanroom settings.
• Standing, lifting (up to 40 lbs), crawling, and climbing.
• Bonus Skills (Not Required):
  Experience in AMHS or semiconductor fabs. Familiarity with electro‑mechanical systems.

• Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips.
• Pants without any holes or rips.
• No profane or suggestive texts and images.
• Closed‑toe and non‑slip footwear only.
