The Team: A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice focuses on serving the middle market and large cap private equity firms who have engaged A&M to help improve operating results at their portfolio companies.

How You Will Contribute:
We are seeking individuals that can lead and deliver large, complex client engagements, working closely with PE leadership to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for their portfolio companies.

Responsibilities include:

• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of a target’s manufacturing and distribution operations
• Evaluating the maintainability and operability of production facilities
• Reviewing current and historical data to understand efficiency & capacity
• Providing shop floor insights by talking with employees and customers and reviewing all available data
• Identifying potential cost improvement opportunities
• Developing transformation plans to drive proposed changes and identifying key risks and mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

7-10 plus years of professional industry experience, with a minimum of 4 years specializing in manufacturing and/or distribution functions. Deep functional expertise in one of more of the following areas:
Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Operations, SI&OP, Footprint optimization, plant consolidation and product line transfer, Manufacturing strategy, Cap Ex planning, Manufacturing 4.0/IIoT, Lean, Six Sigma, TOC and Value Engineering.

The salary range is $125,000--$190,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
