Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a General Cleaner (Cleanroom / Fab Environment) to support operations inside a high‑tech semiconductor fabrication facility. This role is responsible for maintaining a highly controlled, contamination‑free environment essential to semiconductor manufacturing.

Unlike any traditional roles, this position requires strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and contamination control procedures to protect sensitive production equipment and materials.

Pay Rate: $21 per hour

• Maintain and clean ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) flooring using approved mopping techniques and specialized floor equipment.
• Wipe down production equipment, walls, and work surfaces using lint‑free wipes and approved cleaning agents.
• Strictly follow cleanroom gowning procedures, including proper use of bunny suits, hoods, gloves, and PPE.
• Remove trash and production waste according to hazardous material and recycling protocols.
• Perform contamination control cleaning within the fabrication (Fab) cleanroom environment.
• Complete GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) documentation and cleaning logs accurately.
• Adhere to all facility environmental, safety, and contamination control standards.
• Operate HEPA‑filtered vacuums and industrial‑grade cleaning equipment.
• Support additional cleaning tasks as assigned by site supervisors.

• Prior cleaning, janitorial, or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Willingness to wear required PPE, including cleanroom suits and respiratory protection when needed.
• Comfortable working in a controlled cleanroom environment with constant temperature and humidity.
• Understanding of safety procedures and SDS (Safety Data Sheets) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Physically able to bend, reach, climb, and lift 30–50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
