Maintenance Manager

A leading global manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all plant maintenance operations within a regulated production environment. This role is responsible for equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives that support safety, quality, and production output.

Day Shift: Monday-Friday

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Oversee maintenance activities for plant equipment, machinery, utilities, and facility systems.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and internal operational standards.
• Lead and execute capital and maintenance-related projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Utilize project planning tools to track progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Implement Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen) to drive reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate CMMS data including work orders, schedules, job plans, and asset documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and EHS teams on process and equipment improvements.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a plant maintenance or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools and experience applying them in maintenance or engineering functions.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
• CMMS experience (scheduling, planning, creating job plans).
• Experience in food, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing industries.
• Understanding of FDA, GMP, OSHA, or other regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or automation systems.
