Production Supervisor

Seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. This role will supervise production associates, maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, and work cross-functionally to support operational performance and continuous improvement.

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and KPI targets.
• Lead shift meetings to communicate production goals, priorities, and safety updates.
• Monitor staffing levels, assign associates to workstations, and support workflow efficiency.
• Maintain an active floor presence to coach associates and address production issues in real time.
• Enforce standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and PPE compliance.
• Partner with staffing and support teams to maintain adequate workforce coverage.
• Maintain production records and provide clear shift handoff communication.

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
