Starting rate of pay:
Depending on experience.
Shift premium:
Night shift - $1.50/hour extra.
Shifts Available and
Hours:
- Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM (initially working Day Shift for onboarding).
- Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, air compressors, and AC/DC drives.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure production equipment meets scheduling requirements.
- Dismantle and examine devices to access defective parts and make necessary repairs.
- Advanced Troubleshooting & Programming:
- Interpret, modify, and program PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens).
- Perform recoveries and point modifications of robots; maintain system backups and spare parts inventory.
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and read related schematics.
- Welding and Fabrication:
- Perform basic welding as required.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to ISO, safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment and lift trucks.
- Collaboration and Research:
- Work with production and scheduling teams to minimize downtime.
- Research and request spare parts to maintain operational efficiency.
- Additional Duties:
- Complete work orders, document activities, and perform tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Levels of Expertise:
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or two years of related experience/training.
- Proven expertise in industrial electrical systems (three‑phase 460V+), PLC programming, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Experience with PLC programming, ladder logic, and VFDs (Allen Bradley and Siemens preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with robotic systems, including recoveries and point modifications.
- Basic to advanced welding skills (depending on experience level).
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and technical aptitude for diagnosing and resolving complex equipment issues.
