You will be responsible for driving plant efficiency, improving processes and workflows, overseeing machinery and facility operations, supporting production and quality, managing inventory and shipping activities, and partnering closely with the Production Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role would suit a hands‑on Plant Manager with a strong plastics manufacturing background who enjoys operational ownership, continuous improvement, and leading by example in a growing facility.

• Lead day-to-day plant and facility operations

• Have ownership of new product line

• Background in plant management
• Plastics manufacturing experience
• Lean six sigma certified
