Perform high-precision butt welds on stainless steel pipe (Schedule 10160), including bevel prep, cleaning, and GTAW welding with full penetration;
Execute open-root welds on stainless Schedule 80 pipe no backing rings, no shortcuts, just pure technique;
Utilize TIG (200+ AMP), Flux Core, and MIG processes depending on project needs;
Lead by example: set pace, uphold quality, mentor welders, and maintain a safe, sharp work environment;
Work directly from blueprints, isometrics, welding symbols, and complex technical drawings
