JARS Distribution Packager

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? JARS Cannabis is seeking a motivated Packaging Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately weighing, recording, packaging, and labeling cannabis flower and pre-rolls. This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring our customers receive high-quality products.

• Accurately package and label cannabis flower and pre-rolls by weight.
• Maintain high levels of quality and consistency while packaging.
• Track and record accurate inventory counts.
• Perform quality control checks, discarding defective products as needed.
• Notify management of low inventory and assist with inventory counts.
• Assist or cross-train in other areas when needed.
• Comply with Arizona Department of Health Services regulations to ensure compliance and product integrity.
• Meet daily production quotas while maintaining product quality.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Arizona Department of Health Services Facility Agent (FA) card required.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.
• Previous packaging, production, or cannabis industry experience preferred.
