** Position Overview
** Zelis is growing—and we’re looking for a hands-on leader to join our state-of-the-art Production Facility in Tempe, AZ. This facility processes and mails over 1.4 million packages daily for more than 500 clients, making it a critical hub in our mission to transform healthcare communications.
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of production associates, ensuring smooth operations, high productivity, and a positive work environment. This is a lead-from-the-floor role—you’ll be actively engaged with your team, driving performance and fostering collaboration.

* ** 1st shift - 6 am - 2 pm**
* ** 2nd shift - 2 pm - 10 pm

* What you’ll do:

*** Oversee daily production workload to meet USPS mail pick-up times and client SLAs
* Lead team meetings, set goals, and coach associates for success
* Monitor performance using metrics and provide constructive feedback
* Maintain balance across
** quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale
*** Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, vendors, and clients
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with service providers
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, HIPAA, and safety standards
* Support new hire training and orientation
* Operate production equipment when needed
** What you’ll bring to Zelis:
*** High School diploma or GED
* ** 4+ years
** in a production environment
* ** 2+ years
** supervisory experience
* Strong leadership and analytical skills
* Basic computer skills; USPS mail prep knowledge preferred
* Mechanical aptitude
