• Operate rotary chop saw and band saw to cut pipe to length.
• Handle movement of pipe along the length of table and offload to a cart or crate for staging in loading area.
• Operate Victaulic or Pace grooving machines for grooved pipe end processes.
• Operate threader to apply threads to pipe as required.
• Operate Mercury or Pace Make-On machine to apply fittings to pipe.
• Operate a band saw to cut threaded rod to specified lengths.
• Install hanger devices to specified lengths of threaded rod.
• Operate bench grinder to finish ends of threaded rods for hanger devices.
• Push pipe carts to load area for loading purposes.
• Operate pneumatic staple gun to secure cardboard boxes to pallets.
• Use forklift when necessary to retrieve materials and move pipe.
• Operate pneumatic bander to prepare pipe bundles for shipment when required.
• Complete training curriculum including safety requirements, demonstrating an acceptable level of competence as defined by management.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Handle additional tasks as needed by fabrication leads, managers, or branch operations managers.

• Experience operating fabrication equipment and understanding basic fabrication processes and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow specifications for pipe cutting, grooving, threading, and assembly.
• Flexibility to perform various tasks and learn through on-the-job training.
