is a manufacturer of tissue products for domestic and hygienic use, focused on operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Raw Materials Coordinator
to support raw material activities within manufacturing and warehouse operations through strong coordination, inventory control, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The Raw Materials Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate raw material inventory, efficient material flow to production, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations. This position works closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to support daily material requirements. The role reports to the Integrated Warehouse Supervisor, Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor, depending on site and operational structure.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily movement of raw materials from warehouse storage to production and converting areas
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and ensure accuracy within inventory management systems
- Complete inventory transactions and support cycle counts
- Investigate, document, and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies
- Support receiving, staging, and issuing of raw materials to production
- Communicate and collaborate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams
- Ensure raw materials are available to meet production schedules and operational needs
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
- Experience in warehouse operations, raw materials coordination, or manufacturing support
- Experience in a converting or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred; SAP experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
