How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant’s Success
You are Pinnacle’s front line. You transform donated human tissue into high-precision products for use as surgical implants. You own the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process, creating life-changing treatments for ailments ranging from spinal disc degeneration to foot wounds.
- Support / maintain 5S practices and standards.
- Teamwork, collaboration, and respectful interactions.
- Stay current on all company required training.
- Comply with applicable OSHA, ISO 13485, FDA, cGMP, cGTP, HIPAA, AATB, Universal Precautions, and PTT Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Participate in manufacturing some tissue products (may include lyophilization) in accordance with the Production Schedule, at expected output rates, and tissue yield standards.
- Document all manufacturing steps in compliance with GDP standards, and at expected output rates.
- Contain and disposition all non-conformances per PTT QMS procedures.
- Assist in setting up, tearing down, decontaminating, and sterilizing cleanroom spaces and equipment at expected output rates for processing events.
- Engage in management approved cross training blocks as defined in Skills Matrix.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Your Area Manager/Shift Lead will be your point of contact for daily production goals and quality expectations.
- Work in a clean room environment with contact with human tissue and bone. Protective clothing is required.
- Physical work that includes standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and frequent 10 pounds of movement; repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers.
- You may use equipment such as band saws, surgical instruments, autoclaves, lyophilizers, moisture analyzers, heat sealers, sonicators, microscopes, centrifuges, freezers, calipers, computers, and office equipment.
Location:
North Phoenix, near 19th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road.
Work hours:
Friday-Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm. Must be able to train for 30-90 days:
Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour + 11% Shift Differential = $23.31/hour.
