CNC Machinist

Hours:

2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.50

Duration: 6 month contract to permanent

Location:

Phoenix, AZ 85043

• 4+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup, program editing, and use of measuring equipment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Set up and operate CNC machines; edit and perform basic programming (tools, speeds, feeds).
• Machine parts to blueprint or customer specifications while meeting quality and production standards.
• Use precision measuring tools and operate CMM equipment.
• Troubleshoot setup issues and improve or fabricate fixtures as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with training CNC/manual operators.
• Support Lean, 5S+1, ISO, and company quality and ethical standards.
• Support R&D programming and complete other facility tasks as required.
