This is an entry level, full-time or part-time, on-site Production Specialist role located in Phoenix, AZ. The Production Specialist will handle daily manufacturing tasks including setting up and operating machinery, monitoring production processes, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO
9001 standards. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet production schedules, performing inspections, and troubleshooting equipment as necessary to ensure manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, operating machinery, and understanding production workflows is advantageous, but not required
- Knowledge of quality control standards and adherence to AS9100/ISO
9001 certifications is advantageous, but not required - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and equipment maintenance skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team in an on-site production environment
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing is advantageous, but not required
- Starting $16-$18/hr
- 4-day work week Mon-Thurs
- Individual or family health insurance, eligible after one year of full-time employment. Company pays 90% of premium
