Quality Industrial Products, Inc. is a family-owned business founded in 1983, specializing in precision die-cutting and converting of flexible materials such as rubber, foam, and plastics. Based in a 20,000 sqft manufacturing facility, we are AS9100/ISO
9001 certified, serving industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical, and industrial OEMs. Our expertise includes rapid prototyping with short lead times of 1-2 weeks, and even 24-48 hours for custom gaskets and prototypes. We deliver high-quality solutions for extrusion, molding, laminating, and slitting needs while maintaining a strong reputation for excellence and adaptability in the industry.

Role Description

This is an entry level, full-time or part-time, on-site Production Specialist role located in Phoenix, AZ. The Production Specialist will handle daily manufacturing tasks including setting up and operating machinery, monitoring production processes, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO
9001 standards. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet production schedules, performing inspections, and troubleshooting equipment as necessary to ensure manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications
  • Experience with manufacturing processes, operating machinery, and understanding production workflows is advantageous, but not required
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and adherence to AS9100/ISO
    9001 certifications is advantageous, but not required
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and equipment maintenance skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in an on-site production environment
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing is advantageous, but not required
  • Starting $16-$18/hr
  • 4-day work week Mon-Thurs
  • Individual or family health insurance, eligible after one year of full-time employment. Company pays 90% of premium
  • 401K w/6% company match + annual profit sharing contribution, eligible after one year of full-time employment.
  • 8 day holiday PTO
  • 1 week PTO, eligible after one year of full-time employment
