, is recruiting an Agro
Coordinator
. The Agro Coordinator will report directly to the Operations & Development Manager and will ensure the supply of lettuce, cabbage, carrots and vegetables in the required quantity and quality through a network of partner growers and in-house production sites.
- Support and coordinate a network of partner growers in fulfilling their supply contracts and complying with good agricultural practices (audits specifications).
- Supervise a team of 10 workers (Mauritian and expat) across several sites (nursery, sheltered farming and open field).
- Manage agricultural innovation (R&D, varietal trials) and develop a “zero pesticide” product range on a 5-acre plot.
- Ensure daily supplies to the factory in compliance with international standards (franchises, ISO, HACCP).
- Coordinate with clients on production planning and scheduling and monitor technical performance.
