Cresline-West, Inc. is an established nation‑wide manufacturer seeking dedicated individuals to join our production team at our Phoenix, AZ location. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in maintaining our high production standards.

Our location is a 24/7 operation with rotating 12 hour shifts and weekends.

• Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to specifications
• Complete production orders within set time frames while maintaining quality standards
• Perform regular quality control checks to identify and address any defects or issues
• Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Must be able to work ANY 12-hour shift.
• Must be willing to work overtime opportunities to support production demands
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to push/pull objects across work area
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Must be able to speak, read and communicate in English fluently
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but not required
