Genesys Engineer

CTG is seeking a Genesys Engineer – Phoenix, AZ | 12-month contract

We are looking for a skilled Genesys Engineer to implement, configure, and support Genesys Pure Engage contact center solutions. This role focuses on optimizing client contact center operations, configuring framework components, and leveraging reporting tools to improve customer experience.

• Genesys ORS, SIP, WDE configuration and troubleshooting
• Programming
  :
  Java and Python
• Domain Knowledge
  :
  Banking or financial services contact centers
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Proven hands‑on experience with Genesys implementations and support
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Work with a diverse client base, apply your expertise to real-world contact center challenges, and help optimize operations for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
