What You Will Do- Assemble and repair a variety of electronic units using prescribed repair techniques.
- Identify correct parts, components, wires, and materials needed for assembly and repair.
- Solder electronic components using industry‑standard techniques and tools.
- Remove suspect and failed components and install new components accurately.
- Operate assembly machines and ensure proper functioning.
- Measure, mix, and apply chemicals and adhesives according to safety and operational guidelines.
- Read and interpret technical data including component maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and engineering prints.
- Communicate work status to team members and support staff, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Document clearly and concisely and maintain correlated records.
- Utilize computer skills and office software applications.
- Work the 2nd shift:
Monday – Friday, 2:30 – 11:00 pm. - Training schedule: onboard on 1st shift for two days, then transition to 2nd shift.
- May occasionally require weekend and holiday support.
- Exposure to products of various weights and sizes, equipment with moving parts, and chemicals that may emit fumes.
- Static‑control and personal protective equipment are required to minimize safety risk to you and the product.
- Perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation Moderately.
- Distinguish colors and meet vision requirements.
- Bend, stoop, reach, and turn to place units in test stands, pick up totes, and place units on racks.
- Use hands for extended periods (grasping, holding, picking, placing, twisting, fine manipulation व्यापारी का साक्षर kod).
- Stand for 2‑hour increments without an opportunity to sit.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Transport product with or without product carts.
- Enhance skills in precision assembly and soldering techniques.

- Learn best practices in chemical handling and workplace safety.
- Develop effective communication and teamwork skills within a collaborative environment.
- HS Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; if no HS Diploma/GED, 4 years of relevant experience.
- IPC Class III Solder Exam certification.
- Experience with electronic assembly.
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
