Job Summary
Perform a variety of functions related to the operation of an SMT production line, including stencil print, SMT equipment setup and teardown, reflow, and inline inspection. Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and initiative in your daily activities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Job Responsibilities- Moderately complex surface mount manufacturing processes utilizing both automated equipment and hand assembly.
- Install, assemble, and inspect electronic components during product assembly according to documented work instructions.
- Interpreting Job Routers, written instructions, and drawings.
- Performing a variety of inspections to ensure assemblies meet standards.
- Performing pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts.
- Train and work with diverse groups.
- Perform visual inspections of SMT assemblies, feeder loading, and setup with kits.
- Typically requires 3+ years of experience assembling small electronic components such as PCBA and/or SMT.
- Must be able to read and follow assembly instructions and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics units at the circuit card and product level.
- Should be familiar with Stencil Print, Pick-and-Place, Inspection, and Reflow.
- Knowledge of IPC and J-STD requirements.
- Must be able to work a 230pm-12am daily schedule with flexibility to work overtime as needed
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing Services environment.
- Maintain a clean work environment and follow all company policies and practices regarding safety and material handling
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

Pay and BenefitsPay Grade Range information is provided for various locations as part of compensation details. The range shown is intended for in-office or hybrid employees and varies by location.
