We’re looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Lead to guide and support our production team in a fast‑paced aerospace manufacturing environment. If you’re passionate about leadership, quality, and precision manufacturing, this is your opportunity to take your career to the next level.

• Lead and motivate your 2nd shift team to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure aerospace components are manufactured to exact specifications.
• Train, mentor, and support employees to build skills and confidence.
• Troubleshoot production issues and keep management updated.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment.
• Uphold strict quality standards that keep us at the forefront of aerospace manufacturing.

• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience (aerospace a big plus).
• Previous leadership or team lead experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, follow technical instructions, and meet quality standards.
• A team player who leads by example and fosters accountability.
