• Operate the saw in a safe and productive manner.
• Directing the ongoing duties of the helpers.
• Performing basic maintenance to ensure saws performance.
• Training as a back‑up operator.

Night shift

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Week one: work Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (48 hours)

Week two: work Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday (36 hours)

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

Required Education/

Experience:

• Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English.
• Must read and understand all work and safety instructions relevant to their specific position.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 12 hours in a 12‑hour shift).

Preferred Skills/

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be self‑motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Must be able to use and maintain all basic tools and measuring equipment pertinent to their specific position.
