Seasonal Production Operator position at Primo Brands

Pay: $19.50 / hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30am to 12:00pm

Shift Differential: 6%-8% of the base hourly rate for applicable hours worked

We are hiring for several seasonal positions with potential to last up to six months. Seasonal assignments offer valuable work experience at a leading beverage company. If opportunities exist at the end of the assignment, you may be considered for a full‑time permanent position. Individuals in seasonal assignments are not eligible for all company benefits.

• Operate designated production equipment, including start‑up, operation, change over, shut down, and preventative maintenance.
• Safely operate equipment following the Company Safety Policy, including lock out/tag out.
• Perform manual tasks such as loading and supplying line items, reworking product, and loading conveyors.
• Carry out quality assurance and testing compliance according to company and facility standards.
• Maintain general plant, production line and facility cleanliness (5S).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Production experience, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
• Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency.
• Work efficiently self‑directed or in a team environment.
• Physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift experience (required in some locations).
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
• Ability to inspect materials visually and by sense of smell.
• PPE required: safety shoes, hair nets, goggles, ear plugs.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Regularly works around moving mechanical parts and may experience inclement weather, heat, humidity, and loud noise.
