Join Netpace Inc as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician I_USA.
Description
Selected candidates will complete additional plant paperwork prior to their first day. Payrate is $32.00 per hour. The role is 6 days a week onsite at the Phoenix, AZ Ice Cream Plant, 3rd shift (9pm-5:30am), with 8 hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Perform maintenance functions in support of Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
- Accurately complete work order documents and summary reports
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled
- Participate in continuous improvement process
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of maintenance areas
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance processes
- Perform data entry and execute transactions using computer applications
- Comply with government regulations
- Recognize and manage internal and external customer relationships
- Work safely following documented safety requirements
- Participate in development of a world-class manufacturing environment
- Ensure equipment is maintained for maximum production, quality, and safety
- Resolve equipment malfunctions by evaluating performance breakdowns and taking corrective action
- Ensure compliance with GMPs and safety policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required (5+ years of experience accepted in lieu of degree)
- 2+ years of previous experience in a maintenance tech role
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Teams a plus)
- Working knowledge of valves, actuators, gaskets, seals, and HTST process
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Willingness to learn multiple tasks and work in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Team player in a teamwork environment
- Knowledge of electrical theory and PLC programming a plus
Candidate must wear PPE (goggles, ear protection, and steel-toed boots).
