Seasonal Trim Technician

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00AM - 6:30PM

Pay Rate: $16 Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY

The Seasonal Trimmer is responsible for the hand trimming of cannabis flower in accordance with the Company’s quality standards and operating procedures. This is a seasonal position, estimated to conclude on January 31st, 2026. The role involves repetitive, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates consistency, focus, and care in every task while maintaining a positive attitude and respect for their team, the plants, and the facility.

Punctuality and reliability are essential to success in this position.

• Hand-trim cannabis flowers to company standards.
• Manicure excess leaves and stems from flowers with precision and care.
• Maintain consistent quality and appearance across all trimmed products.
• Accurately record trimming data such as cultivar, yield, and techniques used.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding workflow, quality, and production needs.
• Stay focused on tasks while working individually or as part of a team.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly production standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Handle product carefully to avoid loss or contamination.
• Assist in general post-harvest cleanliness and sanitation as needed.

• Participate in ongoing training and development when applicable.
• Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to management.
• Maintain confidentiality of all job-related information.
• Uphold compliance with all company policies and AZDHS regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in quality control.
• Ability to maintain focus for extended periods in a repetitive environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of AZDHS compliance and inventory tracking procedures preferred.

Exposure to fertilizer, dust, odors, extreme high heat, extreme low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.

Operates under direct supervision of the Post-Harvest Supervisor and in accordance with established company policies and procedures. The position requires collaboration with the post-harvest and operations teams to ensure timely completion of trimming objectives.
