2nd Shift Dispatcher - Austin Industrial (Phoenix, AZ)
DescriptionDISPATCHER
This person will perform a combination of tasks to check out, track, receive, inspect, repair and store various tools and equipment. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities- Answers Phones and elicit the information needed to create a work order in SAP
- Checks out tools upon proper request.
- Completes requisite paperwork and makes necessary computer entries, if any, in order to effectively track tools.
- Contact technicians about breakdowns, power outages and spills.
- Receive/Check out parts for orders and inventory
- Create work orders via CMMS (SAP)
- Must have SAP experience
- Deliver parts and materials
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent typing, communication and computer skills

Physical DemandsAbility to lift 35lbs on a regular basis.
Qualifications Licenses and CertificationsMust have a Valid Driver s License and pass background check
Experience1+ years experience in an Industrial setting preferred; forklift experience or ability to learn is required.
