Forklift Operator/Material Handler for our Phoenix, AZ facility is responsible for safely moving and positioning containers of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials using a forklift. This position supports the flow of materials between hubs, plants, and outbound destinations while ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

$14.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Hours: Shift: Day shift (10:00 AM – 8:30 PM), subject to change to 2nd or night shift depending on operational needs.

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Load and unload route trucks.
• Prepare waste loads for shipment to Recycle Center/Distribution Center.
• Manage inventory order and receiving process.
• General housekeeping and keeping a clean work area.
• Ensure waste is stored in safe and proper manner.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ Years of related experience.
• Forklift experience preferred (Not Required).
• Ability to use computer.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
