Warehouse Production Assistant – Cactus Corn

Join us in supporting daily popcorn production, packaging, and order fulfillment. This role is primarily based in our production kitchen and warehouse and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, follows processes, and takes pride in producing a great product.

$16.00/hr – $18.00/hr

• Produce, season, fill, and package gourmet popcorn following established recipes and standard operating procedures
• Assist with bagging, tin filling, labeling, and order assembly
• Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and freshness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food‑safe production environment
• Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and basic warehouse tasks
• Prepare and stage orders for events, retail, and shipping
• Handle equipment and supplies responsibly
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced production setting

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Detail oriented with the ability to follow processes and instructions
• Comfortable working in food production, kitchen, or warehouse environments
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Team focused with clear communication skills
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads
• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse operations is a plus but not required; full training provided
