Manufacturing Production Manager

Job Overview

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager for an individual site to support the Secure Power Modular Data Center business. This position plays a key role in manufacturing modular data centers by overseeing the entire production process. The Production Manager leads the production team and ensures smooth operations from start to finish, meeting production deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Oversee the production process from start to finish.
• Develop and implement plans to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Manage a team of production supervisors and workers.
• Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production-related problems promptly.
• Ensure the final product meets customer expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and costs.

• Productivity and Efficiency

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operational Excellence.
• 5+ years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of systems integration, wiring connections, and control systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Schneider Electric products and electrical enclosure integration is a plus.

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a Manufacturing-related discipline preferred.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
