The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all production employees for that shift, coordinating with Management on daily requirements and establishing plans to accommodate those goals with their production team. The Team Leader will ensure and enforce the adherence to all APEL safety guidelines, work instructions, and job requirements. The Team Leader is also expected to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments, communicate requirements, and provide direction to their production team.

Shift: Graveyard - Monday-Thursday 8pm-6am. Day Shift Training Required. Overtime is to be expected due to production requirements.

• Has a full working knowledge of all the equipment associated to this job.
• Review and follow the work order and best practice requirements.
• Adhere to and promote all safety requirements.
• Good working knowledge of Aluminum Standard Tolerances.
• Can read and understand dimensional prints.
• Can operate all measuring devices required in this position.
• Adhere to and comply with all Company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to and comply with all Quality processes and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
